As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of service engagements. Acting as the central point for project problem resolution and escalation, you'll work closely with associates and teams at all levels. Your key responsibilities will include creating and maintaining project schedules, communicating effectively with technicians, generating reports, tracking product orders, and providing training packets to branch personnel. Additionally, you will participate in customer meetings and conference calls, ensuring the smooth coordination of daily activities for Customer Service Engineers, Job Site Coordinators, and Subcontractors. Your essential functions will involve creating, maintaining, and distributing project schedules and spreadsheets, interfacing daily with the project team and branch associates, generating and distributing technician packets with project-specific instructions and customer deliverables, acquiring hourly/daily status and generating reports, tracking product/deliverables, and escalating issues as necessary. You will also assist in the development of project plans, ensuring deliverables align with customer expectations, receive formal sign-off from customers related to project deliverables, and assist in creating timely, accurate, and complete project reports for account teams and project management.
