About the position

The Program/Project Coordinator will manage the scheduling, tracking, and documentation of quality management review (QMR) reports during QMR prep cycles. During off-season periods, the coordinator will focus on project coordination to ensure process and program improvement projects move quickly. This role involves coordinating stakeholder communications, supporting process improvements, conducting light data analysis, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. The coordinator will also assist in meeting coordination and sprint support, if applicable.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain schedules for QMR slide deck creation and report progress, addressing potential delays.
  • Distribute reports and updates, coordinate meetings, and follow up on action items.
  • Create and maintain documentation for reporting processes.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements.
  • Support the Quality Engineer with documentation and process mapping.
  • Schedule and coordinate QMR-related meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items.
  • Assist with sprint planning and backlog management related to program management.
  • Provide light data analysis support if requested by the Program Lead.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational, communication, and attention to detail skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and adaptability.

  • Experience in project coordination, regulated environments, and data management.
  • Relevant education (Bachelor's degree).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
