About the position

Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage the day-to-day activities of AV projects, including scheduling and communication with customers and installers.
  • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules, assigning and tracking tasks through D-tools.
  • Conduct daily or bi-daily meetings to review project status and updates.
  • Track and manage all project files, ensuring accessibility and up-to-date information for stakeholders.
  • Schedule and organize project-related meetings, prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Track progress of all projects and provide regular updates to the VP of Operations and relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare progress reports to ensure transparency and alignment across the team.
  • Conduct site visits to assess on-the-ground progress and gather accurate information for reporting.
  • Identify potential issues or risks within the project and escalate them to the VP of Operations.
  • Assist in developing solutions to mitigate risks and avoid project delays.
  • Assist in ensuring that project deliverables meet established quality standards.
  • Coordinate resources to ensure the project team has necessary tools, materials, and information.
  • Act as a liaison between various stakeholders, ensuring clear communication regarding project updates and issues.
  • Handle logistical aspects of the project, arranging equipment and managing on-site logistics.
  • Assist the project team with administrative tasks to maintain efficiency and meet deadlines.
