This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a solid understanding of construction management processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with goals and timelines.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including contracts, schematics, and blueprints.
• Utilize construction management software to track project milestones and deliverables.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to prepare reports and presentations for project updates.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management or a related field within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, Bluebeam, and Civil 3D.
• Strong understanding of contract management and blueprint reading.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and team members.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working on construction sites is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
