About the position
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for administering and organizing various projects within the retail construction industry. This role focuses on ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards. The position is full-time and located in Sturtevant, WI, working 1st shift, Monday through Friday, and is offered as a temporary to hire position with benefits.
Responsibilities
- Communicates with Subcontractors via email and telephone
- Enter and maintain vendor information
- Assists Estimator
- Set up new projects
- Maintain vendor list for projects during the bidding process
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven, excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Clerical experience
- Entry-level office experience

- Experience with Building Connected, Sage or StratusVue
