We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our roofing project team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the construction process from planning to installation. This role will play a vital part in ensuring the project is executed efficiently and effectively. The Project Coordinator will manage and maintain project schedules and timelines using construction management software such as Acculynx and Salesforce. They will assist the construction management team in planning and coordinating construction activities, including site preparation, inspection, and other related tasks. The candidate will review and interpret the scope of work to ensure compliance with project requirements and monitor project progress to identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity. Additionally, the Project Coordinator will maintain accurate records of project activities, including customer communication and inspections, and develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project expectations are met. Other duties may be assigned by the management team as needed.
