About the position

The Project Coordinator at NEP Group Inc. is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities in collaboration with Management, Sales, Operations, and Clients. This role involves effective communication of critical dates, tasks, and activities to the Project Manager and stakeholders, ensuring smooth project execution. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in project management or coordination, with strong Microsoft Office skills, and will work on-site at the Grapevine, TX facility from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and coordinate all production schedules on jobs.
  • Maintain current job plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate the procurement process of materials, supplies, and services.
  • Participate in and conduct weekly project coordination meetings.
  • Coordinate travel for the Project Manager, scheduling of workforce and subcontractors.
  • Create, maintain, and distribute various reports for projects.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Project Manager and field staff, as well as customers and all applicants.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of project coordinating/management experience required.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, MS Project, PowerPoint).
  • Organizational management and communication skills are key to this position.
