About the position

The Project Coordinator/Sales Account Representative role at a leading signage company in Anaheim involves working closely with the owner and sales team to develop skills in sales and project management. The position is designed for individuals who thrive in a creative and collaborative environment, focusing on building consultative relationships with clients and managing various signage projects.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the owner, outside sales rep, and customer service to develop skills necessary to become a top-notch account rep.
• Familiarize with accounts to eventually take over these accounts at an appropriate time.
• Learn and sell all types of signage product offerings.
• Collaborate with clients, in-house personnel, outside fabricators, and installers to recommend the best solutions for clients' needs.
• Handle sales, administrative tasks, and tracking of jobs.
• Pursue leads generated from the company's website marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent phone skills.
• Reliable, punctual, presentable, enthusiastic, and possess a hard-working attitude.
• Reliable transportation is a must, with travel required in and around Orange County.
• Some degree of computer knowledge to learn estimating and production software.
• Organized, intelligent, and willing to go beyond what is asked.
• Ability to take direction and follow through in a timely manner.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects.
• Ability to research the internet for solutions to encountered problems.

Nice-to-haves

• Sales experience or customer service exposure.
• Experience in a sign company in sales, production, or management.
• Graphic skills (computer and/or visual).
