About the position

The Project Coordinator at Apria Healthcare LLC plays a crucial role in supporting pharmacy services and managing projects within the organization. This position requires expertise in pharmacy processes and systems, as well as the ability to provide operational support and develop training content. The Project Coordinator will manage small projects and assist in larger projects under the guidance of a Project Manager, contributing to the overall mission of advancing healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on projects requiring expertise in pharmacy services.
  • Provide first-tier operational support related to standard operating processes and pharmacy systems.
  • Develop training content in areas of expertise.
  • Manage small projects and participate in larger projects under the guidance of a Project Manager.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent process improvement experience.
  • 3 or more years' experience as a subject matter expert in pharmacy services or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented.
  • Intermediate typing, keyboarding, and computer skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with healthcare providers and pharmacy systems.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
