About the position

The New Home Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the scheduling and coordination of door orders and inventory for multiple subdivisions. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively while working independently. The coordinator will be trained to manage various tasks related to door orders, inventory tracking, and scheduling appointments, all under the supervision of the office manager.

Responsibilities

  • Provide secondary phone coverage, including transferring and scheduling calls.
  • Log and track door orders requested from builders.
  • Manage and track door inventory as it is used.
  • Coordinate schedules for door orders and related appointments, such as warranty and punch lists.
  • Coordinate material needs with the shop and office manager, including glass, doors, motors, and miscellaneous parts.
  • Adjust schedules as needed based on job deadlines, technician absences, and stock availability.
