About the position

Kforce has a client seeking a Project Coordinator in Beaverton, OR. This role is essential for supporting amazing design through meticulous management of project details. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for tracking the delivery of a high volume of project assets, which will support a broad and diverse team. The work environment is dynamic, with each day presenting new challenges and opportunities. The team engages in various projects, including short films, animations, presentations, retail visualization, and the development of physical spaces. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in keeping project tasks, resources, and vendor relationships aligned with the project plan established by the Design Operations Director. Additionally, the coordinator will assist in coordinating and producing photoshoots, ensuring that all aspects of the projects are executed smoothly and efficiently. In this position, the Project Coordinator will report directly to the Concept Design Operations Director. Collaboration will be key, as the role involves working with a wide range of internal teams, including Design (concept, graphic, digital, product), Brand, Innovation, and Consumer Insights. Managing external vendor relationships will also be a significant component of the role, as these partnerships are vital for the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be adept at juggling multiple tasks while maintaining a focus on quality and detail.

Responsibilities

  • Track and manage the delivery of a high volume of project assets.
  • Coordinate and produce photoshoots for various projects.
  • Maintain project tasks, resources, and vendor tracking according to the project plan.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Design, Brand, Innovation, and Consumer Insights.
  • Manage external vendor relationships to ensure project success.

Requirements

  • Experience in project workback development and management.
  • Experience producing photoshoots, ideally for on-body and product.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of deliverables across multiple clients and teams.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a broad spectrum of team members, both internally and externally.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing clarity and conciseness.
