About the position

The Project Coordinator will support the Senior Marketing Project Manager in overseeing creative project requests across various marketing areas, including digital, event marketing, and merchandise. This role is essential for managing project workflows, ensuring timely delivery of assets, and maintaining relationships with vendors, all while upholding the Timberwolves and Lynx brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a variety of small to large projects, including multi-platform and multi-department initiatives.
  • Enhance efficiency of project workflow from start to finish, communicating updates to all project requesters and stakeholders.
  • Support the Marketing team with integrated campaigns from initial touch base through execution.
  • Maintain the marketing calendar via AirTable to ensure timelines for all major campaigns and milestones are met.
  • Support the Senior Marketing Project Manager in establishing and enforcing the Creative Operating Model.
  • Manage 3rd party vendor relationships for promotional and print projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in marketing, advertising, or project management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Experience with Project Management Software tools.
