As a Project Coordinator, you will manage the front desk operations, which includes answering phones and greeting visitors with a smile. You will utilize your computer literacy to efficiently complete various administrative tasks, including data entry and processing. Providing excellent customer service is a key aspect of this role, as you will be responsible for responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, you will assist with managing medical and dental receptionist duties, including scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records. Proficiency in QuickBooks is required, as you will manage financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records. Bilingual support is also essential to cater to our diverse client base. You will perform proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all correspondence and support the office team by performing various clerical duties, including filing, copying, and scanning documents. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and is committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Bilingual or fluent in a second language, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • 2 years of customer service experience (preferred).
