As a Project Coordinator at August Roofing and Solar, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of our roofing and solar projects. You will be responsible for coordinating various project activities, ensuring effective communication between team members and customers, and supporting the overall success of our projects. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks will be critical in this role. In this position, you will collaborate with our Construction team to develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. You will coordinate project logistics and scheduling of tasks, facilitating communication between team members, subcontractors, vendors, and customers to ensure project progress and smooth operations. Additionally, you will assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, including permits, licenses, and reports. Monitoring project budgets and expenses will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring cost-effective resource utilization. You will also identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project timelines or quality, acting as a critical point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing regular project updates. Ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies will be essential, along with providing administrative support as necessary.
