Responsibilities

  • Work with Project Managers to develop and status project schedules.
  • Develop and maintain templates for project schedules and resource planning.
  • Assist Project Managers and Engineering Managers in workload prioritization.
  • Coordinate workload and resource planning and forecasting updates.
  • Manage proposal and project account setup and invoicing.

Requirements

  • Proficient with Microsoft Project Scheduling software.
  • Knowledge in project engineering and construction activities.
  • Effective coordination and planning skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience with SAP is beneficial.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related role.
  • Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) preferred.
