About the position

As a Project Coordinator at MMIT, you will play a crucial role in managing small to mid-sized projects aimed at implementing MMIT's software and data solutions for healthcare clients. This position is integral to the Client Success Manager (CSM) and/or Client Care Advisor (CCA), where you will oversee recurring projects, develop project plans, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Your responsibilities will include coordinating with various internal teams, including Client Success Managers and technical delivery members, to confirm configuration options and timelines for each implementation. You will also be responsible for defining business, design, and configuration requirements, ensuring that these are communicated effectively to the Configuration and technical delivery teams. In this role, you will plan and lead client implementations, managing project plans, monitoring progress, and addressing any obstacles that may arise to ensure timely completion of multiple projects. Collaboration with Project Managers will be essential to deliver MMIT products while maintaining quality standards. You will need to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, as MMIT continuously enhances its solutions to provide value to clients in the rapidly changing healthcare market. Conducting UAT testing will also be a key part of your responsibilities to ensure that project outcomes align with client requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage small to mid-sized projects to implement MMIT's software and data solutions for healthcare clients.
  • Coordinate internally with Client Success Managers and technical delivery team members to confirm configuration options and timelines.
  • Participate in and adhere to team and cross-functional process workflows, standards, SLAs, and escalation protocols.
  • Define business, design, and configuration requirements and communicate these to the Configuration and technical delivery teams.
  • Plan and lead client implementations by managing project plans, monitoring progress, and addressing obstacles.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to deliver MMIT products and ensure quality is maintained.
  • Learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment with continuous enhancements to solutions.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure project outcomes match intended client requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience required.
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the Pharma and Market access space.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to create structure and organize work effectively.
  • Strong process improvement skills.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in healthcare project management.
