The Project Coordinator at Pella Windows & Doors plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of installation projects. The Project Coordinator will liaise between Project Managers, Sales Representatives, and Customers, ensuring clear communication and timely scheduling of installations. Attention to detail is critical, as the Coordinator must ensure that all necessary documents are complete and accounted for, maintaining up-to-date notes in the project management system. The role requires a proactive approach to time management and the ability to prioritize tasks without guidance. The Project Coordinator must be capable of providing clear instructions to installers and comfortable escalating issues when necessary.
