About the position

We are currently seeking a full-time Project Coordinator for our Community Residential Supports (CRS) program. This role is essential for managing projects, overseeing system administration, and maintaining accurate records within the CRS framework. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing business analytics that support growth, process improvement, and operational efficiencies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. In this position, you will act as a liaison between program leadership, potential candidates, and current employees. You will also provide administrative support to the Senior Director and Senior Area Director, making this role integral to the operations of our Disability Residential Services division. A significant aspect of this role involves recruitment for key program positions, managing relationships with new applicants, and preparing candidates for orientation. Additionally, you will develop community partnerships with educational institutions to tap into unique candidate pools. The ideal candidate will be proficient with technology, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have a keen attention to detail, along with a passion for connecting with people. Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines and deliverables for Community Residential Supports.
  • Provide business analytics to support growth and operational improvements.
  • Act as a liaison between program leadership, candidates, and employees.
  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Director and Senior Area Director.
  • Oversee recruitment efforts for key program roles and manage relationships with new applicants.
  • Prepare candidates for new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
  • Develop community partnerships with educational institutions to attract diverse candidate pools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human services, business, or comparable experience.
  • Project Management Certification or willingness to obtain within 12 months.
  • 1-2 years of experience in relationship management.
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience.
  • Experience completing reports and analyzing data.
  • Experience training groups of people.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Understanding of person-centered planning processes and 245D requirements.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and email.
  • Knowledge of pertinent software utilized by LSS is preferred.
  • Driver's license and willingness to travel.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of Personal Support Services programs preferred.
