The Project Coordinator at RW Dake Construction will play a vital role in supporting project management operations in Springfield, NJ. This full-time position involves coordinating various office tasks, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining organization within the project management team. The role is essential for facilitating smooth operations and supporting the overall success of construction projects across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll.
• Ensure all new hire forms are completed and sent to corporate office.
• Process and distribute mail daily.
• Track and enter receipts from the field.
• Procurement of office supplies.
• Answer and direct incoming calls to the office.
• Job setups in accounting and construction management applications including uploading drawings and filing commitments.
• Assist in distributing company literature to field employees.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Schedule and attend meetings as needed.
• Learn and understand the billing process, pay applications, and lien waivers.
• Understand the importance of effective communication.
• Understand the importance of customer relations.

Requirements
