In this role as a Project Coordinator, you will design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing projects. You will monitor progress and performance against the project plan, taking action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays. Identifying, developing, and gathering the resources to complete the project is essential, which may include preparing and developing project schedules, budgets, and forecasts, as well as selecting materials and project staff. You will liaise with other operational areas in the organization, such as regulatory, engineering, and operations, to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project. Additionally, you will select and manage activities to ensure they are integrated into the project, ensuring that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service. Conducting meetings and preparing reports to communicate the status of the project will be part of your responsibilities, as well as setting priorities, allocating tasks, and coordinating project staff to meet project targets and milestones. You will also be responsible for completing documentation in a timely manner and in accordance with business and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma and Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of related work experience with a good understanding of specified functional area.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's Degree or higher in a related field.
  • 4+ years in a related field.
  • Experience in a medical device or manufacturing environment.
