About the position

The Project Coordinator serves in a support role, assisting the members of the Project Management Office. This position assists the supervisor, manager, and other team members with all aspects of projects throughout the project lifecycle, including project scope, schedule, communications, risk, resources, quality, costs, and change management by providing first-class accurate, effective, and timely customer service. Under the supervision of the supervisor or manager, the Project Coordinator assists in the implementation and execution of projects, providing both administrative and logistic support. The Project Coordinator assists in the coordination of various events in the planning, scheduling, reporting, communicating, ordering, installation, and follow-on cycle. Participates in coordinating the personnel required to complete the project and managing paperwork related to multiple technology projects. The coordinator maintains and updates status logs and contributes to progress reports produced for clients and management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist supervisor and team members with all aspects of projects throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide first-class customer service in project scope, schedule, communications, risk, resources, quality, costs, and change management.
  • Assist in the implementation and execution of projects, providing administrative and logistic support.
  • Coordinate various events in planning, scheduling, reporting, communicating, ordering, installation, and follow-on cycle.
  • Manage paperwork related to multiple technology projects and coordinate personnel required to complete the project.
  • Maintain and update status logs and contribute to progress reports for clients and management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of project management experience.
  • Excellent administrative skills with hands-on experience.
  • Ability to multi-task and support multiple individuals.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively.
  • Very organized and detail-oriented with thorough facilitation and follow-up skills.
  • Exceptional hands-on experience with MS Office applications, specifically MS Excel at an intermediate to advanced level (Pivot tables, V-loops, formulas, data manipulation).
  • Experience with MS Teams at an intermediate to advanced level, including managing chats, posts, files, calendars, calls, and meetings.
  • Intermediate to advanced level skills in MS Word and PowerPoint.
