About the position

As a Project Coordinator at Hunter Hamilton, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. This position involves working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in managing project schedules and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Utilize ERP software, including NetSuite, for project management.
  • Manage project scheduling and timelines.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
  • Ensure compliance with contracts, regulations, and project requirements.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  • Schedule and coordinate technician travel for out-of-state projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in using construction management software, such as ProCore.
  • Familiarity with project scheduling and management.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
  • Strong communication skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Bluebeam for document management is a plus.
