As a Project Coordinator at MMIT, you will play a crucial role in managing small to mid-sized projects aimed at implementing MMIT's software and data solutions for our healthcare clients. This position is integral to the Client Success Manager (CSM) and/or Client Care Advisor (CCA), as you will be responsible for managing recurring projects, developing project plans, defining requirements, and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Your work will ensure that product enhancements are effectively integrated into team workflows, making you a key player in the delivery team recognized for your expertise in the product and advisory capabilities. In this role, you will coordinate internally with Client Success Managers, technical delivery team members, and other experts to review and confirm configuration options and timelines for each implementation. You will actively participate in continuous improvement efforts, adhering to team and cross-functional process workflows, standards, service level agreements (SLAs), and escalation protocols. Your responsibilities will include defining business, design, and configuration requirements, communicating these to the Configuration and technical delivery teams, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful end-to-end delivery of client solutions. You will also plan and lead client implementations by managing project plans, monitoring progress, and addressing any obstacles to ensure timely completion of multiple projects and tasks. Collaboration with Project Managers will be essential to deliver MMIT products while maintaining quality standards. In a fast-paced environment where MMIT continuously enhances its solutions, your ability to learn and adapt will be vital. Additionally, you will conduct UAT testing as required to ensure that project outcomes align with client requirements.
