About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator I to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating activities related to the analysis of US Vaccines returns deductions. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of providing exceptional service and support to both internal teams and partners. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all activities related to the analysis of returns deductions are executed efficiently and effectively. This position requires a strong focus on compliance with all applicable SOX and internal controls, as well as the ability to maintain and report on all relevant department KPIs. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our operations and the satisfaction of our internal stakeholders. As a Project Coordinator, you will coordinate activities in support of US Vaccines returns deductions analysis, reclassify deductions/debits as needed, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide updates on deductions and days in arrears. Delivering premium service and support to the team and internal partners is essential. You will also be expected to maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate activities in support of US Vaccines returns deductions analysis.
  • Reclassify deductions/debits as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide updates on deductions and days in arrears.
  • Deliver premium service and support to the team and internal partners.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable SOX and internal controls.
  • Maintain and report on all relevant department KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience is preferred but not required.
  • 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with ERP systems and SAP is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with various internal stakeholders.
