The Project Coordinator at Clayton Homes plays a crucial role in ensuring the timely completion of construction projects while delivering exceptional service to customers. In this role, the Project Coordinator will be tasked with completing all bill-backs with factories and processing contractor bills. They will also manage customer files and follow up with contractors and customers regarding service calls, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is collected. A key responsibility will be managing the Home Center's Net Promoter Score (NPS), which reflects customer satisfaction and service quality. The Project Coordinator will also be involved in scheduling set-ups and deliveries, coordinating the customer Welcome Home process, and merchandising the retail location, which includes tasks such as moving furniture and cleaning homes. The Project Coordinator will participate in sales meetings and company events, contributing to a positive team environment and assisting with miscellaneous duties as required.
