About the position

The Project Coordinator at Forvis Mazars is a key member of the Construction Technology Solutions & Services (CTS) team, responsible for managing multiple construction client projects and implementations. This role involves coordinating schedules, ensuring timely task completion, and maintaining high client satisfaction through effective communication and project management methodologies. The Project Coordinator will serve as the primary contact for clients, assist in project planning, and report on project status and budgets to the Managing Director.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple construction client projects and implementations.
• Lead in scheduling with CTS Implementation Consultants and clients.
• Utilize CTS Implementation methodology for project delivery.
• Serve as the key project contact for clients.
• Assist in developing and maintaining project plans.
• Ensure on-time task completion and report project status to the Managing Director.
• Communicate with internal and client personnel regarding project issues and change orders.
• Produce quality project documentation and assist with ad hoc tasks for the Managing Director.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination within a technology role.
• Experience implementing ERP software solutions or delivering software implementation consulting services.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Project management experience in a technology environment, with CAPM or PMP certification preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• 3 years of experience as a project coordinator in a technology role.
• Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.
