About the position

Cloud Contents is a company leading personal property restoration, specializing in addressing damage caused by fire, water, and mold in homes and businesses. We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting with customers and clients on job sites during catastrophic life events, assessing damages, and preparing reports to facilitate estimates for restoration work. Once a project is sold, you will oversee and coordinate the entire process from start to finish, ensuring that customer timelines are met and that the project remains within budget. You will also be responsible for scheduling teams to complete the project and providing any necessary clarifications to ensure smooth operations. As a Project Coordinator, you will have weekly and monthly billing goals to achieve. After project completion, you will obtain signatures to confirm the work has been completed satisfactorily. Regular communication with homeowners or clients is essential to provide updates on project progress and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will share responsibilities with the team at the facility when the Lead of Department is absent, contributing to a collaborative work environment. Responsibilities

  • Meet with customers and clients on job sites to offer services during catastrophic life events.
  • Assess damages and write up a report of the loss for estimating purposes.
  • Oversee and coordinate projects from start to finish while meeting customer timelines.
  • Schedule teams to complete projects and provide clarifications as needed.
  • Ensure projects remain within budget and meet weekly and monthly billing goals.
  • Obtain signatures for work completion once projects are finished.
  • Provide regular project progress updates to homeowners or clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist in day-to-day administrative functions alongside project managers.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of cleaning and project coordinating experience.
  • Understanding of basic cleaning practices after water, fire, or environmental damage.
  • Experience working with customers and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a desk/clerical setting part of the day.
  • Must pass a criminal background screening.
  • Openness to change and self-improvement.
