Responsibilities

• Support new construction and kitchen and bath interior design/remodeling projects.
• Assist designers or key business managers in project planning and scheduling.
• Quote preliminary designs and order materials as needed.
• Process customer payments and drive sales.
• Cultivate great customer experiences and follow up on leads.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of solid customer service experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Effective communication skills.
• Team collaboration skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Construction background is a plus.
• AA/BA/BS degree is a plus.
