This position is essential for coordinating and processing orders, managing project timelines, and maintaining customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills to facilitate successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team and customers in a designated territory.
• Provide coordination between clients, production, accounting, and sales teams.
• Process all orders, including order entry and confirmation.
• Verify approvals and coordinate lead times with the production group.
• Communicate order status updates and coordinate delivery and tracking.
• Respond to escalated issues that may impede project delivery and timelines.
• Provide delivery notifications and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Provide pricing, availability, and inventory information as needed.
• Process product returns and exchanges.
• Log information from client contacts in Salesforce CRM.
• Review basic submittals and participate in continuous product knowledge training.
• Work closely with accounting, project managers, and operations to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Experience managing heavy call and email volume daily.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred.
• Ability to remain calm and in control under pressure.
