About the position

As a Project Coordinator at Gallup, you will play a crucial role in the execution and rollout of significant learning and development initiatives. This position involves registering projects, determining priorities, and tracking milestones to ensure that multiple projects remain on schedule. You will be responsible for optimizing productivity and quality by effectively managing resources and communicating with clients and internal teams. Your ability to build strong relationships and manage details will be key to delivering world-class results.

Responsibilities

• Register projects and determine priorities for effective execution.
• Establish and track milestones to ensure projects stay on track.
• Optimize productivity and efficiency by positioning resources and people effectively.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure expectations are met.
• Find innovative solutions to obstacles that arise during project execution.
• Build strong relationships and collaborate with others to meet deadlines and requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree earned from December 2024 or earlier required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
• Ability to work at the Omaha Riverfront campus at least three days per week required.
• Project management or event management experience preferred, which can be from professional work or volunteer capacity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Eligibility to work in the United States required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
