About the position

Parametrix is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Strategic Advisory Services (SAS) team in Seattle. As a 100% employee-owned consulting firm, we are dedicated to delivering resilient infrastructure, vibrant communities, and environmentally sustainable solutions. In this role, you will report to the SAS Construction Manager and play a crucial part in supporting project teams and assisting with daily project tasks. In your role as Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with project teams to ensure clear and effective communication. You will perform initial quality control checks on project documents, focusing on formatting, proofreading, and adherence to graphical standards. Additionally, you will support project setup and organization, maintain master documents for accuracy and consistency, and handle data entry tasks. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating contracts and managing associated documentation, processing and tracking invoices to ensure timely payment, and managing project documentation to maintain organization and accessibility. You will help track project budgets and financial progress while anticipating project needs and interpreting team input. We are looking for candidates who have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of experience coordinating projects in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. At Parametrix, we value transparency in our compensation structure, which ranges from $60,000 to $70,000, depending on education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, you will also be eligible for performance-based bonuses and annual salary reviews.
