About the position

As a Project Coordinator at Bell, you will play a crucial role in the Program Management Team, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure that projects are executed efficiently and effectively. Your primary responsibilities will include developing project scopes and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility, and coordinating program work to meet project requirements. You will be involved in preparing test plans, project schedules, and test reports, while also performing various administrative duties such as maintaining project documentation and gathering necessary resources for upcoming projects. In this position, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining testing strategies that comply with industry standards and data protection laws. You will monitor and evaluate testing tools and methodologies, reporting on project progress to enhance efficiency. Your role will also involve facilitating change requests, analyzing risks, and ensuring that all project activities align with established schedules and budgets. Quality control will be a significant aspect of your duties, as you will conduct ongoing assessments to ensure that all standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. You will create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including test cases, results, and defect tracking, and coordinate with project managers and developers to align testing objectives with overall project goals. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to achieving organizational goals by reporting on testing progress and outcomes, ensuring that best practices are consistently followed across all projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop project scopes, objectives, and ensure technical feasibility, involving relevant stakeholders.

  • Liaise with functional teams to assess the impact of project activities and initiatives, ensuring successful implementation.
