You will participate in project planning and implementation, providing status updates and notifying the team of any project delays or concerns. Your role will also involve coordinating project work plans and schedules, assisting with team goal settings, and tracking team progress towards achieving goals. Additionally, you will monitor cost-saving initiatives and provide detailed reports, functioning as a liaison for projects by coordinating team communications and updates to executive leadership. This position requires a proactive approach to project management, ensuring that all aspects of the project are on track and that team members are informed and engaged. You will take meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure that responsibilities are assigned appropriately.
