As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing various projects, coordinating strategic planning processes, and monitoring progress towards achieving project goals. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the development, administration, and monitoring of project-related budgets, as well as coordinating logistical arrangements for conferences, conventions, or meetings. You will also be involved in identifying funding resources and developing funding strategies and initiatives. In this position, you will develop and generate various operational and statistical reports, represent and promote the project at speaking engagements, and may be tasked with writing grants, reports, newsletters, and other promotional materials related to the project. You will participate in project planning and implementation, providing status updates and notifying the team of any project delays or concerns. Your role will also involve coordinating project work plans and schedules, assisting with team goal settings, and tracking team progress towards achieving goals. Additionally, you will monitor cost-saving initiatives and provide detailed reports, functioning as a liaison for projects by coordinating team communications and updates to executive leadership. This position requires a proactive approach to project management, ensuring that all aspects of the project are on track and that team members are informed and engaged. You will take meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure that responsibilities are assigned appropriately. Responsibilities

• Manages projects and coordinates the strategic planning process.
• Monitors progress toward achieving project goals.
• Assists in developing, administering, and monitoring project-related budgets.
• Coordinates logistical arrangements for related conferences, conventions, or meetings.
• Assists in identifying funding resources and developing funding strategies and initiatives.
• Develops and generates various operational and statistical reports.
• Represents and promotes the project at various speaking engagements.
• Writes grants, reports, newsletters, and promotional materials related to the project.
• Participates in project planning and implementation.
• Provides status updates and notifies the team of project delays or concerns.
• Coordinates project work plans and schedules.
• Assists with team goal settings and creating strategic plans for the upcoming Fiscal Year.
• Tracks team goals and provides updates.
• Monitors team progress towards achieving goals and monitors cost savings initiatives.
• Functions as a liaison for projects by coordinating team communications and updates to executive leadership.
• Coordinates logistics for meetings and conferences.
• Takes meeting minutes and tracks action items from meetings.

Requirements

• Two (2) years of relevant project support experience.
• Associates Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Equivalent combination of experience, education, and training may be considered in lieu of degree.
