About the position

The Project Coordinator at Wolff Bros. Supply, Inc. is responsible for overseeing and managing projects from inception to completion. This role requires a highly organized individual who can consistently meet deadlines and build strong relationships with clients and team members. The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, customer service, and proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate activities of decentralized project management/quotations teams across all regions.
  • Create, analyze and distribute reporting on quotes activity, pipelines and conversions.
  • Develop project pipeline forecasting methods and reporting.
  • Drive development and implementation of new systems and processes to improve the consistency and efficiency of departmental procedures and workflows.
  • Provide training and support for team members on related systems and processes.
  • Proactively seek sales opportunities through project business and work with team to turn leads into sales.
  • Work with VP, Sales and Purchasing Manager to ensure projects are going to preferred vendors when not specified.
  • Provide team members support and direction for maximizing VE opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales management on strategies to improve job related hit rate and revenue generation, proper identification and follow-up on new customer or project leads.
  • Collaborate with sales and purchasing to identify new vendor opportunities that support sales goals.
  • Coordinate with project management/quotations team and operations around job storage requirements and processes.
  • Provide Regional Managers input regarding resource needs and information to support the assessment of quotations team member performance.
  • Track ongoing projects.
  • Follow up on quotes.
  • Work with the outside sales team on opportunities.
  • Order processing and credits/obtain RMA's.
  • Send Submittals to customers.
  • Work with the ops team with getting material to the customer.

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Bluebeam.
  • Strong customer service background.
  • Highly organized with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
