About the position

As a Project Coordinator at GE Vernova, you will play a crucial role in supporting various Project Managers throughout the lifecycle of projects, from identification to execution and closure. This position is integral to ensuring that projects are executed safely and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the GE Vernova Fleet in the renewable energy sector. You will be responsible for creating Service Requests and requesting Purchase Orders for necessary resources such as cranes, labor, and parts. Additionally, you will support the Plan of the Day with field teams, ensuring that all operations align with project goals and timelines. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve problem-solving alongside Project Managers to address any challenges that arise during project execution. This role requires a proactive approach, as you will need to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and ensure that GE Vernova turbines are operating at optimal efficiency to produce renewable electricity. Responsibilities

• Supporting several Project Managers from project identification to execution and close.
• Creating Service Requests and requesting Purchase Orders for cranes, labor, and parts.
• Supporting the Plan of the Day with teams in the field.
• Problem-solving alongside Project Managers to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
• Helping to ensure that GE Vernova turbines are producing renewable electricity efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college OR an Associate's Degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience in an operational/execution role OR a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 10 years of experience in an operational/execution role.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operational/execution role.
• Energetic self-starter with a desire to learn and focus on continuous improvement.
• Clear communicator with the ability to expand your network across a matrixed organization.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as required.
