About the position

The Project Coordinator role is designed for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects from start to finish. This position involves managing project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and providing excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly review contracts to ensure accurate understanding of project requirements.
• Efficiently schedule installers based on project timelines and availability.
• Conduct follow-up phone calls (minimum 120 calls daily) to ensure project progress and address any concerns.
• Promptly address and resolve any issues that may arise on the job site, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of geographical locations to optimize scheduling and logistics.
• Manage and optimize project schedules, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
• Coordinate and oversee construction projects from start to finish.

Requirements

• Proven experience in coordinating roles, preferably in contracting or installation environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding contracts.
• Geographic knowledge to effectively plan and schedule installations.
• Excellent communication skills for conducting customer service calls.
• Ability to proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure project success.
• Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in project documentation and specifications.
