About the position

Pridestaff, on behalf of a client, is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator who possesses the ability to effectively strategize plans, direct and monitor projects, and lead their team to success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to set timelines and budgets while frequently reporting on progress. This role requires an organized individual with experience as a Project Administrator and strong interpersonal skills, making it a perfect fit for those who thrive in a structured environment and enjoy managing multiple tasks simultaneously. As a Project Coordinator, you will assist the project manager in all administrative functions and processes, facilitating the development of project plans and managing them from inception to completion. You will monitor all moving parts of the project, ensuring they remain synchronized and on track. Your responsibilities will include preparing, organizing, and distributing all necessary project materials, as well as implementing formulated policies and procedures. Attendance at all project meetings is essential, where you will take notes and contribute to discussions. In addition to administrative tasks, you will be responsible for budget forecasting and assessing possible project risks and setbacks. Maintaining and updating budgets as the project progresses will be a key part of your role, along with calculating project metrics, including quality assurance, profits, and losses. Effective communication of pertinent information between management and staff is crucial, as is the strategic creation of project plans that include timelines and benchmarks. You will also advise staff on adherence to budgets and project schedules, supervise and delegate tasks to project assistants and other trained staff, and set goals to motivate and support your project team members. Collaboration on project presentations and analyzing project data to produce progress reports will round out your responsibilities, all while fostering positive and productive client relationships.
