About the position

The Project Coordinator at Jabil is responsible for synchronizing all operations involved in the successful completion of projects. This role supports customer relationships and demonstrates the technical capability to deliver low complexity projects. Key tasks include developing Statements of Work (SOW), business proposals, and project schedules while ensuring all team members understand their responsibilities. The position requires effective communication with stakeholders and adherence to safety and health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all project requirements and objectives are gathered and understood for execution.
• Assist in recognizing project Key Performance Indicators and gather information regarding scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
• Identify project risks and review appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication with all stakeholders, escalating issues to management as necessary.
• Input data to develop the project's forecasted budget.
• Assist in overall project success, including cost, schedule, quality, and scope management.
• Coordinate tasks within multi-functional teams to achieve project success.
• Understand and exceed customer needs and expectations.
• Gather information for weekly communication forums regarding project status and issues.
• Organize verbal and written ideas clearly in a business style.
• Respond in a timely manner to inquiries or complaints from customers and internal personnel.
• Adhere to safety and health rules and regulations as directed by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 0-1 years of experience in project management or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email skills required.
• Any certification in Project Management preferred.
