The Project Coordinator is a vital member of our project management office, playing a crucial role in the deployment of IT solutions that meet customer requirements. This position is integral to our global digital transformation efforts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that create value for our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own project tasks while leveraging agile practices whenever possible. This role requires close interaction with cross-functional teams, including developers, data scientists, analysts, and domain experts, emphasizing collaboration, communication, and meticulous attention to detail. In this role, knowledge of agile practices is essential, as the Project Coordinator will work as part of a multi-functional agile team. Responsibilities include contributing to project plans, maintaining impeccable financial tracking, and managing the testing processes within the project. The Project Coordinator will assist the Project Manager by understanding project goals, deadlines, and priorities, as well as managing resource administration and financial management. Additionally, the role involves preparing presentations and performing general coordination and administrative tasks, which may include scheduling meetings. The Project Coordinator will report to the IT Project Management Office and have a dotted line to the IT Project Manager. While the Project Manager ultimately owns all project responsibilities, the Project Coordinator will provide essential support. Key tasks include managing financial trackers for forecasting and spending, updating related systems for project expenditures, monitoring and reporting on cross-project dependencies, and assisting project managers in developing work plans. The role also involves ensuring that quality, timeliness, and results meet Project and Portfolio Management expectations, leading quality inspections of key project documentation, and facilitating performance testing discovery sessions to determine testing requirements. Furthermore, the Project Coordinator will manage the impact of project changes on testing schedules and processes, coordinate project activities across various groups, and report on quality and testing status throughout the project lifecycle.
