Technical Source is currently in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator for our client located in the Raleigh-Durham, NC area. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and successful completion of construction, design, and engineering projects, particularly in the Life Science/Pharmaceutical Industry manufacturing. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, proficiency in document management, and the ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing and maintaining all project documents, including contracts, reports, and correspondence. It is essential to ensure that all documents are accurate, complete, and comply with relevant regulations. The candidate will develop and implement document control procedures to ensure efficient and effective document management, maintain document databases, and ensure they are up-to-date and accessible to authorized personnel. Additionally, the Project Coordinator will train employees on document control procedures and best practices. Coordination and communication are key aspects of this role. The Project Coordinator will coordinate with internal groups to ensure timely and accurate document delivery and collaborate with the internal team to guarantee prompt and accurate document delivery. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to facilitate these interactions. Administrative functions will also be a significant part of the role, overseeing and performing various administrative tasks concerned with a project. This includes using software to roster staff, manage travel and leave requirements, and create reports about the site's performance. The Project Coordinator will schedule meetings, take minutes, track project expenses, prepare requested documents for team members, and conduct research as needed. In terms of project support, the Project Coordinator will assist the project team with administrative tasks and project management duties. This includes calling contractors, making appointments, ordering supplies, conducting site visits, and preparing reports. The candidate will handle the project budget and utilize time management skills to help the team stay on track, overseeing the project's daily functions to ensure deadlines and compliance requirements are met, reporting directly to the Project Manager.
