About the position

The Project Coordinator at ASK Consulting will support project timelines and activities for a manufacturing facility in Summit, NJ. This role involves project management support, ensuring projects are executed within established quality metrics, budgets, and timelines. The Project Coordinator will collaborate with various internal departments and external stakeholders, participate in project development, and monitor progress toward project goals.

Responsibilities

  • Support project timelines and activities for the Summit, NJ facility.
  • Provide project management support to ensure projects are executed within quality metrics, budgets, and timelines.
  • Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate projects.
  • Coordinate project activities and collaborate with project team members.
  • Develop measurable project goals and objectives and monitor progress.
  • Generate project documentation such as schedules and status reports.
  • Organize and conduct project team meetings and facilitate discussions.
  • Participate in department and site project teams.
  • Interact and collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Track performance against project plans and deliverables.
  • Compile project-related information and prepare budget proposals and reports.
  • Document project risk identification and mitigation plans.
  • Update project status weekly through the Tier board and iPLAN project dashboards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Science or Engineering.
  • 4 years' relevant work experience required, preferably in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
  • Project management experience using proven methods/tools.
  • Ability to utilize tools like MS Project and Smartsheet.
  • Basic knowledge of cGMP's and multi-national biopharmaceutical/cell therapy regulations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of evaluating data using statistics and statistical tools.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience within a PMO (Project Management Organization) and/or PM (Project Management) preferred.
  • Experience with Operational Excellence and Lean Manufacturing is a plus.

  • Competitive pay rate of $35-$37.30/hr. on W2.
