About the position

The Construction Coordinator at Prince Telecom plays a crucial role in managing operations for multiple construction projects, ensuring compliance with customer and industry specifications. This position involves close collaboration with the MDU Manager and requires effective communication with customers to provide updates on project timelines and address any concerns. The coordinator will be responsible for data entry, problem-solving, and coordinating with subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage data entry for all steps in the construction process to provide timely updates.
• Maintain customer contact via phone and email to address concerns and inquiries.
• Problem-solve and seek assistance to ensure timely completion of the drop bury process.
• Correspond with customer representatives to resolve job issues and provide progress updates.
• Coordinate with the Manager and Customer regarding access issues.
• Read maps and interpret drawings for project execution.
• Analyze and organize office operations and procedures, including invoicing and payroll preparation.
• Coordinate with local subcontractor leads/foremen to ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and on time.
