Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, sessions, and events with leadership, teammates, and stakeholders.
• Document minutes and outcomes of meetings and communicate information to project team members.
• Assist with the development, maintenance, and monitoring of project plans, following up on action items and decisions.
• Develop and update various types of documentation and reports.
• Display and present data/reports in a variety of formats.
• Research best practices and analyze, interpret, and assess various data.
• Monitor and record budget expenditures, invoices, and contracts for the assigned department.
• Provide administrative support to the department.
• Perform basic project management and training as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 1 year of related experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

• Experience providing Community Health Worker services to medically and socially complex populations.
• Experience providing social support services to people living with HIV/AIDS.
• Experience working with the LGBTQ+ community.
