The Graphic Project Coordinator at Boston Retail Solutions is responsible for managing and coordinating graphic projects from concept to completion.   • Provide customer service by answering inquiries via phone, email, and in-person promptly and courteously.
  • Obtain and research information from clients and company archives to support project needs.
  • Maintain accurate records to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Vet projects from concept to design, reviewing plans, sketches, and site surveys.
  • Generate graphic sales and cultivate relationships with malls, contractors, and retailers.
  • Estimate project costs to align with company margin structures.
  • Produce work orders for all jobs and coordinate graphic projects with multiple parties.
  • Process requests with accounting, including reviewing contracts and submitting necessary documentation.
  • Follow through on all requests to completion, including installations and service removals.
  • Manage financial details of projects, including budgeting, material costs, and subcontractor/vendor costs.
  • 2 - 3 years of professional project coordination or similar experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service mindset.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under urgent deadlines.
