The Project Coordinator at Northwest Cascade Inc. is responsible for providing administrative support to the construction team while closely collaborating with a project manager to ensure successful project execution. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute daily administrative tasks
  • Facilitate communications between office, field staff, and customers
  • Help create, track, and maintain project budget and timeline
  • Maintain positive vendor, subcontractor, and client relationships
  • Record keeping and filing
  • Assist with payroll and data entry tasks
  • Support project manager in accomplishing necessary project tasks and requirements

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with data entry and payroll
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks
  • Attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Willingness to learn and take on a variety of responsibilities

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with collections and billing
  • 2 or 4 year degree (preferred, not required)
  • Other related industry experience considered
