About the position

Parsons is seeking a talented Project Coordinator to support multiple government and DoD contracts in a dynamic team environment. This role involves managing project deliverables, coordinating invoicing, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the success of programs. The Project Coordinator will work closely with internal teams and external customers, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of project operations.

Responsibilities

  • Complete and track monthly customer deliverable reporting for multiple programs within customer contract requirements
  • Coordinate and review monthly invoices with project management and billing team, including associated customer invoice deliverables
  • Review and complete relevant tasks for contract awards and modifications in close coordination with internal support and operations teams
  • Coordinate and complete operations month end close, ETC, and forecasting tasks as assigned by project management
  • Manage and update team scheduling and project assignments across the directorate with direction from project management
  • Create, manage, and track purchase requisitions/order through full life cycle
  • Coordinate and manage consultant/1099 documentation with internal teams, to include correspondence with consultants
  • Review, approve, and track monthly vendor invoices through to payment
  • Order program operations related supplies/equipment and manage monthly inventory
  • Respond to requests for information from Government/customers/teammates as directed by project management
  • Assist with writing proposals, memos, and pricing requests as directed by project management

Requirements

  • Top Secret clearance
  • Three years' office management, business operations, and administration experience
  • Understanding of general project control requirements for forecasting, ETC, and month end close procedures
  • Experience with Government, DoD, and other federal agency customers

Nice-to-haves

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • Familiarity with contract and pricing documents for Government and DoD customers
  • Ability to perform duties successfully within prescribed deadlines and tight timelines
