About the position

We are hiring a Project Coordinator to join our growing family. This position is responsible for managing up to 20 concurrent projects from bid phase through closeout. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent time management skills. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively, meeting both client expectations and company standards. You will be involved in various stages of project management, from the initial bidding process to the final closeout, ensuring that all aspects of the project are handled with precision and care. In this role, you will create preliminary bid packages, submittals, operation manuals, and other project-specific documents that are essential for the successful execution of projects. You will also prepare project summaries and closeout information, which are critical for maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all project details are documented appropriately. Regular communication with customers, vendors, and sales staff will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you will need to keep all stakeholders informed about project status and any changes that may arise. Additionally, you will be responsible for negotiating pricing, delivery, and payment terms with vendors to ensure that the project remains within budget and on schedule. You will also release items to procure to purchasing in order to fulfill project needs, and verify inbound and outbound parts/assemblies for accuracy and proper functionality. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, making it an exciting opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in project management.
