About the position

The Project Coordinator at Price Industries is responsible for organizing and coordinating various projects within the Operational IT department. This role involves managing project schedules, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of project components from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft tools and a strong background in project management.

Responsibilities

  • Compiles project status reports and coordinates project schedules.
  • Manages project meetings and identifies technical problems for troubleshooting.
  • Assists in project communications and documentation.
  • Works under supervision to coordinate specific components and project activities.
  • Compiles data for reporting deliverables using Microsoft tools.
  • Assists the Manager in coordinating information to support project scheduling and planning.
  • Documents and tracks action items from discussions and project planning sessions.

Requirements

  • High level of executive presentation experience in Microsoft tools.
  • Previous project management experience, including scheduling and running meetings.
  • Experience in taking and sending out notes and action items.
  • Ability to run presentations and create presentation decks and data charts in an executive format.
  • 2+ years of analyst or project coordination experience.
