About the position

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in our Project Management team, which oversees the installation of Siemens medical equipment, including X-ray, CT, MRI, and Surgical imaging systems. These projects are highly technical and require precise scheduling, site preparation, construction planning, and coordination between multiple parties. Your contributions will not only support successful installations but also ensure customer satisfaction, allowing our customers to deliver on their mission to provide patients with the best healthcare. In this position, you will be expected to maintain a flexible schedule, working in the office and warehouse 50% of the time and traveling to customer sites the other 50%. You will support the Project Management team by tracking and coordinating deliveries, installations, services, and calibrations. Additionally, you will assist Installation Technicians before, during, and after installations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly. Your organizational skills will be essential as you manage inventory in the Delta Medical Systems Warehouse, oversee rental, demo, and used equipment availability, and generate, schedule, and track Purchase Orders, Change Orders, Quotes, and Logistics. Your role will also involve managing invoices and documentation to ensure accurate pricing, shipping, and terms, as well as maintaining and evaluating approved vendors and procuring new vendors as necessary. You will be expected to estimate value and negotiate offers for trade-in equipment, all while exemplifying Delta's Values of Service, Integrity, Creativity, and Excellence. Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Management team by tracking and coordinating deliveries, installation, service, and calibrations.
  • Assist Installation Technicians before, during, and after installations.
  • Organize and maintain inventory in Delta Medical Systems Warehouse.
  • Manage rental, demo, and used equipment availability, scheduling, and inventory.
  • Generate, schedule, and track Purchase Orders, Change Orders, Quotes, and Logistics.
  • Manage invoices and documentation to ensure accurate pricing, shipping, and terms.
  • Maintain and evaluate approved vendors and procure new vendors as necessary.
  • Estimate value and negotiate offers for trade-in equipment.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, Project Management, or Communications; or at least four years of relevant project coordination experience.
  • Excellent communication, computer, and strategic negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage concurrent priorities.
  • Willingness to solve problems effectively.
  • Forklift Operator Certificate, or satisfactory completion of a forklift training program within the first 30 days of employment.
  • At least 6 months of warehouse experience preferred but not required.
  • Must be able to work onsite at the Brookfield, WI office, and regularly drive to customer sites in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, and Michigan.
