We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at Keystone Excavating & Development LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the construction of various projects, ensuring timely completion and delivering high-quality results. The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects. This role requires a proactive approach to managing project schedules, timelines, and milestones, as well as effective communication with all parties involved in the construction process. In this position, you will manage and maintain project schedules, coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure that all necessary permits, inspections, and materials are in place, and review and interpret project documents, including blueprints, schematics, and construction plans. You will utilize software such as ProCore, HeavyBid, Bluebeam, and Civil 3D to manage and track project progress, develop and maintain project schedules and reports, and ensure that all projects are completed within budget and according to project specifications. Additionally, you will identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during project execution, coordinate and manage construction site activities to ensure a safe and efficient work environment, and manage project documentation, including reports, memos, and other project-related documents. You will also assist project managers with project planning, budgeting, and risk management, making this a critical role in the success of our construction projects.
